Volunteering for the 2022 TCMF is now online.

ACWE has hosted the Texas Community Music Festival since 2006! Please help us make sure that it runs smoothly.

The festival runs from Friday, April 23th - Sunday, May 1st at the Central Market Cafe on North Lamar. Volunteer duties are super-simple:

1. Help bandleaders find the day's emcees (Herb Holland, Kat Brotherton, or Todd Sloan) so we know everyone is present and accounted for, and can coordinate sound.
2. Guard instruments and cases during sets.
3. Distribute waters to the musicians.
4. Refresh handbills and schedules in the dining areas.
5. Guard the ACWE sound-system and assist with setup during weekend showcase sets.
6. Set up and remove chairs for large ensembles.
7. Grab a beverage and hang out with your fellow ACWEenies without an instrument in your hand, and listen to some of the other great bands Austin has to offer!

Please select as many shifts* as you are able to attend. If you work two or more shifts, you get a limited edition TCMF14 t-shirt!  
Please put your t-shirt size in the comments. (Unisex S, M, L, XL, XXL)      

* Sorry, you may not "volunteer" while you are on stage! *

Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up already! Paper sign-up sheets and a copy of the TCMF schedule are available during the ACWE rehearsal breaks... but it is SO much easier (for all of us) if you do it electronically.
