ACWE uses an email list to inform you about official business such as rehearsal and concert announcements. When you join ACWE, subscribe to the list by performing one of the following:
- Send an e-mail to acwe-request@freelists.org with "subscribe" in the Subject field
- Visit the freelists ACWE page at https://www.freelists.org/list/acwe
You can use the same page to unsubscribe or change your settings. When you post a message to the ACWE list, use the same e-mail account that you used to subscribe to the list. Messages posted to the ACWE list are moderated by the board.

To request additional music copies, please complete and submit the ACWE Missing Music Request form.

If you use Android or Gmail (or other Google account), you can add ACWE's calendar to your list.

- Open the 'Other calendars' section from the menu on the left
