- Bring your music stand, and a stand light
- Wear dark colored clothes suitable to the weather. Festive holiday accessories or decorations are encouraged.
- Call time: 4:30PM
- Start playing around 5:30PM. This can be variable, so be alert.
Around 6:00PM there will be some speeches, a kids choir, possibly other stuff. Then the tree will be lit and we immediately play "Joy to the World" Be ready! After that we will play some more music. It is uncertain for how long. This event is crowded with thousands of people. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Parking can be difficult, so it is good to plan for plenty of time to get in and get parked. Getting there early will get you a parking space closer to where we play. Please also try to help with setting up the stage or moving percussion. Many hands make light work.
