Whether you're checking on an upcoming rehearsal or looking for your concert schedule, everything you need to stay connected with the band is right here.
Email list
ACWE uses an email list to keep members informed about rehearsals, concerts, and other official announcements. When you join ACWE, subscribe to the list using one of these methods:
- Send an e-mail to acwe-request@freelists.org with "subscribe" in the Subject field
- Visit the Freelists ACWE page at https://www.freelists.org/list/acwe
Posting to the list
To send an announcement to the band, email acwe@freelists.org from the same address you used to subscribe. A few things to keep in mind:
- All messages are moderated by the board before being sent out
- You won't receive a copy of your own message
- Replies go only to the original sender, not the full list
Managing your subscription
To change your delivery preferences or unsubscribe, visit the list info page. You can also unsubscribe by emailing acwe-request@freelists.org with "unsubscribe" in the Subject line

- Open Google calendar and sign in.
- In the left menu, find the "Other calendars" section
- Enter acwe75@gmail.com in the "Add a friend's calendar" field.
Apple Calendar and iCal-compatible apps
